• Previous discharge summary is mandatory
•  Eligible for those who are under the treatment of life limiting deceases
•  One bystander is mandatory with the patient
•  Round the clock nursing service and Doctor’s consultation during day time are
  available
•  Aadhar card of patient is mandatory
• Consent from the patient and bystander

Centre for Physical medicine and rehabilitation

• Patient with spinal cord injury, Hemiplegia etc.
• Consent from peace valley medical panel is mandatory
• Bystander is compulsory
•  Maximum period of treatment is varies from 7 days to 90 days
•  Patients should bring assistive devices
•  Consent from the patient and bystander

Centre for Psycho social rehabilitation centre

• Only for destitute and old age persons.
•  Prescribed documents is mandatory.

Centre for hemodialysis

• Consent from the nephrologist of peace valley.
•  Slots are allotted as per the availability
• Need to pay Rs. 400 per dialysis
