Human Care Foundation, a charitable trust working in the field of palliative care and paraplegic rehabilitation since 2012. Palliative Care, Housing projects, Livelihood arrangements, mainstreaming the vulnerable communities are the areas of concentration of the organisation.

Peace Valley is the flagship project of Human Care Foundation, a state-of-the-art rehabilitation centre located in ten acres of serene campus at Kothamangalam, Ernakulam.

Our major activities are Palliative Care, Paraplegic Care, Dialysis Centre, Psycho-Social Rehabilitation etc.

Presently, we have crossed hands with the Aster DM foundation and set up a Mobile Medical Services with all modern amenities. Through this we can provide free medical services to marginalized communities and vulnerable populations.

Palliative Care

CPPC provides specialized type of care for those facing a life-limiting illness, their families and their caregivers.

Psycho Social Rehabilitation

Psychosocial Rehabilitation is the process of restoration of community functioning who may be considered to have a psychiatric disability.

Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation

This is a branch of medicine that aims to enhance and restore functional ability and quality of life to those with physical impairments or disabilities.

Hemodialysis

The deplorable conditions felt by the poor, penniless patients suffering from renal failure were empathetically addressed by Human Care Foundation through this noble venture Peace Valley Dialysis Centre.

Mobile Clinic

The project aims to improve the health sector by providing primary medical care, early intervention and awareness in places like migrant workers’ settlement areas, Dalit settlements, orphanages, Anganwadis, etc. where traditional health systems struggles to reach out.
